Problem with the 'Controller Setup'

I think i have spent more time getting fifa2004 to work then actually playing it.

same here. I sent EA a mail: Customer - 12/23/2003 01:13 PM:

The problem I have is that I can select my controller fine, but then half way through the game it just... stops working. The in-game menu just pops up, and when I escape from that and back into the game, my controller isn't working.

I have a Sidewinder - not the latest version, it has to be said - has anyone else had similar problems with this pad?

(Aside from the above 2 pages, of course).

Incidentally, I work for www.resgames.net, and this could provide for an interesting article...
