That pretty much sucks, because I dug out the entire internet and the only thing I found are installers, which doesn't even install the game, but Garena launcher, which won't download FIFA Online 3 anymore as servers were closed in 2020.
So it's unfortunately going to the "lost media" pile.

* Support for any Rx2 or Rx3 file
* Support for any vertex format
* Load up to 100 models (meshes) in 1 screen
* u can load any model type, including hair & body models
* Loads vertex-Normals from the model file: the model-lightning is same as ingame
* Optional: enable view of Normal-texture (grey/blue bump file), this will add relief/details

* Fix: Models mirrored over x-axis
* Fix: Corrected view of hair/hairlod-models


How to use ?
1. add a rx2/Rx3 model file
click "+" button
2. select the texture(s) for each mesh when asked
3. navigate the render :
right mouse = zoom
left mouse = rotate
middle mouse = move model

i downloaded the texture file .rx3 and I tried to converted to .png files but is not working. here is the problems. The texture is Le Cong Vinh from Vietnam legends Fifa online 4 his id( 174675)

could you take a look of 2006 World Cup Xbox 360 database and extract tables from it?
I tried t3db Reader, it gave an error, but outputed a file, but not sure if it's complete

error "Method _AutoFilter of class Range failed" ?
it think it should be oke,
it gives at all dbs that error

i think it is at the end,
that it tries to add filters to the excel sheet
(but not sure)


a project from me some time ago:
i tried implement the dll from dbt3dbreader tool at dbmaster :
the problem is the dll only has the code for reading dbs, not writing
so,
i tried add the 'writing a db' part to it: so we can have a dbmaster wich can read/write any fifa db file
i stopped development (paused for now) ,
but what i have (and can share) :
a dbmaster wich can read-only any db file (by using the dll from dbt3dbreader tool)

yes, that error, so it's ok
it'd be cool to have even read-only DB Master, to make DB Converter slowly obsolete

Yes, it is really good, but the work that I will do is convert the database from FIFA 23 to 16 Mobile. I will replace it with Excel and integrate it with your program. I will also make some minor modifications to your program to make the task easier.
