Gary Mackay Steven as he has pace and skills.
Yeah man definitely in the entire history of professional football he is undoubtedly the most perfect player. Case closed.

hard to say, cause you kinda rule out attacking players if you bring up defensive abilities too. Zidane for me. the thing I loved about him was despite the fact he had an amazing shot, he never abused it, only went for it when he knew he could hit the target. I honestly don't remember defenders blocking his shots or even crosses. I know it sounds weird, but for me that means he had massive talent (obviously) but he knew how to make the most of it. that's the thing that makes me hate players like Nani for instance, so much skill yet rarely anything good comes out of it. to get my point, imagine what someone like Nedved or Scholes would do with that technique, not saying that they lacked it btw.

midfielders aside, it would be Henry for me.

As soon as I saw this thread Zizou came to mind also

Zidane was the biggest piece of **** I ever saw play professional soccer. The end of his career was the most fitting summation of his career IMO.

In my opinion, the perfect footballer should have everything.. Speed, strength, shooting, passing, heading, defensive/offensive skills. And the only player that comes in my mind at the moment is Toure Yaya.

Haha I dont agree with you here really but this reminds me of something my friend and I were doing a couple of weeks ago which was attempting to come up with our "Cunts XI" of the players we had seen, I believe it was something like this:

Schumacher
Cole - Materazzi - Terry - Bramble
Robben - Morris - van Bommel - Barton
Suarez - Diouf

But I'm sure there are many many more contenders

What is Pepe like off field? That has to be taken into consideration.

Don't forget steroid abusing Pep Guardiola (H)

Anyway, I think Pepe is much worse on the pitch than Terry, but I'd at least shake Pepe's hand in the prematch. I'd probably give Terry one of the old "handshake, ahhhh just kidding, run my fingers through my hair" move.
