You`ll need Fifa File Explorer 2014 from Jenkey.

1) Open any .rx3 (container not the boot model)
Select .rx3 from the drop down menu.

1) Select the file,
2) Convert to BGRA8888 (this will make the container accept high quality textures)
3) Apply

1) Resize,
2) Convert to 512
3) Apply (this part is important, always apply)

When prompted yes and no, select No. (this part is important, always no)

Import the images (512X512) There is an import button (left of resize)
Repeat the steps for bumps and reflex.
Save as .rx3.

1) Open any .rx3 (container not the boot model)
Select .rx3 from the drop down menu.

1) Select the file,
2) Convert to BGRA8888 (this will make the container accept high quality textures)
3) Apply

2) Convert to 512
3) Apply (this part is important, always apply)

Forgot to add, once you have edited the container, you can use Rx3 Master by Rinaldo (included with File Master 14), Rx3 Master loads a little faster than Fifa File Explorer 14, (sorry Jenkey ).

But, it does not matter which tool you use, they both work well. You should thank the people who made those tools possible, I only know how to use them, thats all. Anyways, glad to help.
