Im not a Dortmund supporter, and i dont see all the Bundesliga games, besides that you're trying to get ahead of "this" to pump something like that (mistaking Subotic on the left instead on the right, at least i put him as CB, uhhh im so good!). Still i dont love Bundesliga i just enjoy that league more than La Liga, atmosphere/competition/cool games... so dont let your spanish blood boil too much cause im sure im not the only one who dislikes La Liga.

Ozil is more direct in dribbling and takes more risks, looses more balls than Modrić, Ozil plays in the hole while Modrić is really a lot deeper positioned player, Ozil gives the final pass, while Modrić organizes the whole teams play. Other than the fact that both players are more passers than goalscorers i see no similarities between then, plus, Madrid has enough firepower up front with Benzema, Ronaldo, Higuain and even Di Maria chipping in. They've looked clueless against Barcelona IMO throughout the most games in the last couple of season just because they didn't have a player like Modrić that controls that middle of the park with authority, and that's what Luka does, while in Barca you have Xavi and a lot of players that can do the same, Madrid relied on long balls, and quick passing, counter attacking football. For me, it's harder to play that kind of football for the whole game, you have to be more skillful to react that quick and react intelligently, Ozil Ronaldo and Benzema have done that great, but they loose balls and that kills them against Barcelona, now they have a player that can control the tempo of the game.

I would love for Mou to play Ozil, Luka, Alonso in the middle against us. I can see Modric controlling the middle of the park against Barca...

Maybe not tomorrow, but next time we meet these + Khedira will probably start. Mourinho knows since he was at Chelsea that his fast paced team has problems against Pirlo,Gattusso, Seedorf / Edmilson, Xavi, Deco midfields. Ballack and Sahin are failed attempts.

I'm not saying he will, but this is a step in the right direction, as Arnau said, he tried it already before, Modrić is the most ripe player for it to finally work for Mou, I think Luka will add this dimension to Real. And I hope that it will be in tandem with Alonso.

Mou needs to do what he said in the press conference, when it is Barca's ball they will defend with conviction and when Madrid has the ball they will counter.

Mou is no fool, he knows it is not practical to play for the ball, but for the position where the opponent has the ball. I think Madrid will press high and try to keep the ball between Xavi and Iniesta at half, when they get the ball it will be a direct attack. Same as has been, Mou will not play to our strengths, he will like to clog the midfield and force a mistake.

Mou will play Khedira + Alonso and either Ozil/Luka against us. He will be expecting Luka/Ozil to slice a pass to Ronaldo or Di Maria in the wings, not tiki taka in the center
