Saw some bits of the match, and was wondering (if anyone here saw it), was the ref as bad the whole match as in the challenge on Higuain. The defender came sole first to the challenge, sliding to his calf, never getting the ball. Ref just waved the play on as Higuain was really in pain, some could even argue for a red card there, but, no red, no yellow, no free kick. It was just sick.

That's Spanish Ref's for you....complete and utter garbage....last week's ref, the guy that failed to call two clear penalties on Osasuna is Spain's leading international referee.....and the guy from yesterday although pretty bad is also a new Spanish International referee....

Every team has good years and bad years. Barca can tell you about the last 2 years. Its our turn now. Wash rinse repeat. I dont know of one supporter that isnt used to this ebb and flow! Not one! We still love our club , still watch matches and still get excited. Maybe no trophies this year. Thats how it goes. Some of us have lives, other interests to fill in. Unlike a certain someone who comes here to pester. Im sure he thought about suicide for the last 2 seasons.

Everyone knows that football is like this. We just went through two years of winning nothing. I'm well aware of this...

I wouldn't expect you to stop loving your club because of a trophy-less year.

But it doesn't mean I can't enjoy this season. Hell, I support Toronto FC and we sucked ass last season. Doesn't mean I'm going to stop
