I saw him play a couple times at West Ham...pacy Winger bery much at the French style, flare and pace, reminds me of Malouda a little bit....but to be quite honest I havent seen him enough....My question still remains....Robben has been best on the right like Arnau said and also...Palanca where does this leave him? I know he is a forward not a winger but still....I hope this kid Faubert is an improvement over a guy like Palanca who had to play his first game in one of the toughest venues in Spain in the biggest match of the season and played well...

Any of our English SGers know more about Faubert?

Faubert is ok, i saw him a few times with boardeux.. But I think u guys should have invested the money on Antonio Valencia, he has been superb for wigan this year, which is not easy in the prem to be at a oer club and shine... manutd were interested in him too... he works very hard and is young

ye, apart from in highlights, I've only really seen Faubert for Bordeaux in the Champions League ... he was playing his best football then, and he's been injury blighted ever since his move to West Ham ... I didn't think he was all that great even when he was at Bordeaux ...

I still think you should have gone for Ibrahima Yattara ... an exciting and skillful player, who would certainly have looked at this as his big chance and thus given his all in whatever opportunities he got; he'd surely have been a hit with the fans ...

I don't wanna be sarcastic. I mean I used to be a Real Madrid fan. But did anybody heard of this guy before this transfer ?

He ******* looks like a Coca Cola League player to me ...:munch:

no, during the season and then he will must give it back, its only for club players.

Well ...if he really was banned for cocaine, I wouldn't be surprised if he would steal the car and take it to England

Like anyone cared before anyway. You cant have your cake and eat it too.....Either they are good and dont play the champions or they are average and play the champions....We cant have both. Faubert is a definite patch a patch that hopefully adds speed to the right, creation to the middle with Sneijder there and a good option at least in speed to Robben....Out of all the videos I saw this guy seems to have a great mid-range shot, good quickness, and some vision, at least positioning wise.....however I saw no conduction, no going at defenders just speed....and we all know we dont need another Drenthe....

at this point I could care less if our football is beautiful, If we win the champions (cause la liga seems out of reach for me if Barca dont lose at least two of the next three games and we must win out of course) then I will be in Las Cibeles to celebrate it.....so....hopefully the football comes, the tactical order is definetly there which is good to see, and so is the defensive discipline as a squad

I'm curious... what's your story? I see you live in the USA, but you are a Madrid fan, and it looks like you'll be there this summer.

I was born in Sevilla but moved to Minnesota when I was about 4 and go back every summer to visit my dad. I am 22 and go to the University of Wisconsin - Madison.
