Real Madrid fans shouldn't be hypocrites with Robinho the kid is blossoming into a big talent. Sure I hate his attitude but the kid got skills. He was fun to watch against Frankfurt.


Also quick question regarding Cristian Benavente a future prospect from the Real Madrid cantera. How is he developing?

anyway, im really looking forward to this season! VdV has impressed alot in the 2 games he played and now im just waiting for Garay to arrive.

but Raúl/Ruud worries me. they have looked slow in this pre-season. they´re both pushing 30 and i really think that Schuster should get a new forward. Benzema, Huntelaar or Villa. but this wont happen.

I sincerely hope they give Robinho a better contract!! it would kill me to see him in a Chelski shirt..
is it really true that the likes of Baptista and Saviola make more money then him?
oh, and Baptista... GET OUT! accept Romas demands and just go, please.

Dude I dont know of any real Madrid fans who are asking for Robihno to be sold all we are saying is what good is it to have an unhappy unproductive player in the squad....no doubt he is great and he has been undervalued by the club, but, if he's gonna whine and act unprofessional about it, then let him go...

Also another thing that has been a big factor is that most of the mess was caused by his agent and not really Robinho eventhough he is not free of any guilt and neither is our own club. Anyway, if we are selling him than it needs to be done quick. This all basically comes down to him wanting a big contract and while I agree that he deserves a raise it than comes down to how much of a raise which is where the problem seems to be at, seems like he/his agent are asking for too much.

Datboy - LOL, indeed. Thanks for the goal at the Camp Nou but everything else about him other than his attitude sucked ass.

yeah you're right.....if diarra played like he did the last 5 games of last year we would have the best DM in the world, unfortunately he is too inconsistent...De La Red played better than he did last game for example...I would start De La Red over him until Gago got back to be honest

KingPaul.. Diarra has been our best player this pre-season! he´s been a monster in midfield and he has really improved his passing too. just watch some games.

Mijatovic is set to meet with Robinho today and offer him a new 5-year contract. worth around 5m euro a-year. this is said to be enough for Robinho to stay.

also, Garay will play with Racing Santander for another year, before he comes to Madrid. it seems Schuster has faith in Cannavaro after all.

Robinhos game against Eintracht was so bad! Perhaps someone saw a different game? He slipped a couple times, gave the ball away a few times, didn;'t have either confidence or skill to go through players either. Scored asitter pretty much. Although I like him alot and enjoy seeing him play, I don't think he will ever be a great great player, just a good player, which is fine by me. It'll be sad to see an exciting player go but.....and honestly, I don't think he'll adapt to the EPL. I can see him being benched and eventually leaving Chelsea. I advise him to stay here.

As for Baptista, the guy has a terrible touch and always kicked the ball too far iinto open space giving the opposition a chance to take the ball away. He is just an average player

yeah but you got to admit that diarra's game is plagued by inconsistencies and that his form never seems to hold up....I didnt like him in his last game against eintrach at all, and against Santa Fe he was ok...against Arsenal and Hamburg perhaps his better games...I just think that position is the key to everything....and also I saw him give away a few cheap balls against Eintrach which i didnt like...

Orgullo, what was remarkable in my opinion about Robihno in his last game is that he injected the team with a new lease on life...perhaps he did start out slow but you have to admit, he changed along with Robben the tempo which is what ultimately allowed us to score....btw, i still feel we need a new striker Raul and Rudd looked VERY old during this pre-season, and it pains me to say that, I love them both

Speaking of the Supercopa.....anybody knows what channel is carrying it in the US?.....also rumors say two things, that Robihno is not going to travel with the team to Valencia for the Supercup and that Mijatovic is supposed to sit down with him today or tomorrow to offer an improved contract closer to the 5M a yea he wants....Robihno is screwing up the mojo man, we have such a solid locker room that is our greatest strength...in fact if we had managed to put away all our chances this pre-season we would have been on deadly form...but first CR now this....

anyway diarra has been ok this preseason, he tends to play much better in europe then the league for some reason but he has improved his passing in my opinion.

on the robinho i agree with orgullo if he goes to chelsea hell get slaughterd, hell never adapt the game in england its not in his style, i dont know if hell ever reach his potentiall but he defenelty wont in the premiership.

-Our "luck" and ability to put away our chances from last two years seems to have carried over again
-Robihno must be thinking about Chelsea cause he sure as hell is not thinkinga bout this match
-Diarra is the ultimate giveaway machine in midfield, exactly the opposite of what he is gets paid to do
-Raul is a ghost outhere
-Rudd is looking good
-Iker is a god!!!
-De La Red is looking good
-Van der Vaart has an incredible delibery on set pieces, we just got a new weapon....
