Replacing team selection flags/badges

Is anyone know the name of the popups logo(appear at the beginning of thematch) and transition logo (animation logo which size of the screen).

in that folder you'll also find the league seleccion banner when you select a team

those are called transition......xxxx.fsh and are in zdata_05.big

You can find this logos in the ZDATA_05.big called "team_home_logo_****.tvb"

this are compressed files containing the image texture (FSH) and the 3D animation.... you can modify the texture if you open it in a HEX editor and search for the text "SHPI" ... this is the beginning the data of the FSH file...

This logos have 3D animations and we see them during game when the screen changes eg. if you have goal kick or throw in and the camera changes... some big teams (like ManU and Real) has this 3D logos...

okay the main problem (or it's not a real problem just a question ) that how to modify the animation of this logos and make totally new ones... I have checked the HEX code and it's clear enough to understand it.

the first step is ok... we can change the texture of this 3D logos...

the main question is the animation. How to change it! Now i'm working on this!

Use PhotoShop, make sure the image is RGB color, select the area you want to be transparent and press Delete, save as .gif or .png.

if you want to do it for FIFA, then you just need to use the alpha-images.

about those 3d logos and animations for the big teams, well, i used the easyest way for our romanian patch, i just replaced the transition or the .tvb files with the default fifa transitions, like the ones from the national teams matches, and it works

The Hedgehog, is you change oly the texture for the animation, will they still work ok, i noticed that the logos are 3d, and won't they look strange?

I have checked this problem but yet I have no resort for it... I must find the the info in the HEX code of the logos horizontal position.
