Yeah it's something like that..He is Marseille player but playing with temporary license..It means he can't move to another team from Marseille while playing with temporary license..And if Marseille want to sell him to another club they must pay Galatasaray 10.000.000 € to get his contract from Galatasaray because he has a minimum release fee (10.000.000 €) on his contract while playing for Galatasaray..

BERN, Switzerland, Aug 10 (Reuters) -- French midfielder Franck Ribery has changed his mind once again and said he wants to stay with Olympique Marseille this season.

"My club is Marseille and I'm happy playing for Marseille," Ribery told reporters on Thursday after his side managed a 3-3 draw against Bern Young Boys in the preliminary round of the UEFA cup.

I have talked to [club's main shareholder] Mr. Dreyfus and to president Mr. Diouf. I feel great and I hope we are going to have a good season.

The 23-year-old midfielder pledged his future to Marseille 10 days ago before making a u-turn last week, saying he wanted to leave the French club in order to play in the Champions League.

Media reports linked him to a move with either Olympique Lyon or Arsenal but he has now once again committed himself to Marseille.

French champions Lyon were said to be ready to pay 22 million euros ($28.29 million) for Ribery but club's chairman Jean-Michel Aulas denied he made any formal offer.

"Our main goal now is to finish the season in the first three to play in the Champions League next year," Ribery said.

Franck Ribéry played yesterday against Rennes in French Ligue 1. He did an amazing game considering his 2 weeks of practice. L'OM has won 2-0 with an assist from Ribéry to Maoulida.

Now it's official, Ribéry is staying in Marseille one more year. Supporters forgave him, now l'OM can start his season.
