dodgy name guy has a good point. but its not exactly piracy, its more like the guy making money out of something that is supposed to be free for the community.
btw. what interesting Linux is free, but you can sell it too without crediting authors...you can download KDE, Mandrake, Red Hat etc. but you can buy it on CD/DVD too and it's legal
