However, i shoud tell ya, Petre isn't really injured, since he played today the whole CSKA - Litex game and crossed for the first goal
Also i think Petre is in a very good shape lately, in the previous matchday he scored an amazing goal, with the outter side of the foot in the 1-1 draw aginst Loko PD, u might see it here: http://www.sport1.bg/sport1/node/46276

Too bad about Chivu I really love that player after all he was Ajax captain for a while and he said a lil while ago that he wants to return to Amsterdam in a few years.

This same coach was sacked after 2 bad games, and another one is on the move, so u don't need to worry about Petre's well-being in the future, but this was really a shocking cause for injury for me anyhow. btw how is Alexandru Piturca doing
well, he barely playes. He played 2-3 games in the pre-season games, during the winter break, but i guess all of them for the second squad's friendlies.
He was brought back to CSKA without any money, the previous owner claimed, that he were "present for the fans".
It's obvious that he wouldn't have made it, but he played around a few games for the reserves, so from his point of view that might have been cool
The new coach of the team won't play him, he is prepearing to kick out a lot of the foreign players.

I think it was over for him when not even his dad would play him
I think he kinda looks like Keanu, you're right.
I think his main problem is the problem that every boy with known father has had already - everybody expects u to be good, and in case ure blurring everything ure criticized harder than the others. But it's also true that u might not be as talented as ure father was, which is obviously true for Piturca. I'm too young and don't know wehat Piturca has achieved, but he was apparently good.
The same problem got also Jordy Cruyff, if u can recall the guy in your memory. There were times, that people said he was talented, when he played in Barca for their last Primera-winnig years in the 91-94 decade, and also his appearance for Holland in Euro 96, but it seems to me he never revealed his best, cos everybody awaited from him to be as good as his father. Although Jordy achieved some things - he played in ManUnited in the 98/99 season, when they lifted hte trophy, and also reached the UEFA cup final with Alaves if i'm not mistaken..

Still Piturca can find a way out. We got also a player like that in Bulgaria, which is avaragely the same age as Piturca - 23. Alexander Mladenov, son of Stoico Mladenov, who is the current new CSKA coach. Mladenov was CSKA legend, he scored the 2 goals for the win 2-0 in the CSKA- Liverpool tie in the European Cup 1982, which led to the elimination of Liverpool, who were defending cup holders form the previous year, and CSKA reached their second semi-final in the Eruopean cup.
This young lad ALexander was also doing bad & nobody wanted to play him, but after alot journeys around lot's of clubs, he plays now in Tom Tomsk if i'm not mistaken, and he's doing far better than before. he socres, he is definitely not a national team quality, but at least he got back on track.
So, with this example i wanted to stress upon it, that Piturca might just get his career on the line if somebody gives him a shot in a team with not so much goals to achieve. His main advantage is his age, and the fact that although he hasn't got talent or promising quality he has gathered experience and just can start over in a weaker team and be a regular player there.

Victor Piturca is a Steaua legend. He scored 165 goals in 175 appearances for the club including a very famous double against Anderlecht in the 2nd leg of the 1986 European Cup semifinal (when Steaua got to the final and won it all).
