Same Sex Marriage

Make America Great Again
There are standards that non-profits must abide by usually, and not discriminating is usually one of the biggies. Not engaging in partisan politics is often another.

But my personal opinion, again, is that churches should not be forced to marry gays.

Yeah, but there is discriminating then there is following the religion. I understand your point, but guess the politically correctness movement needs to stop somewhere. At the end of the day freedom of expression and religion need to remain, or the politically correct movement has moved us backwards rather than forwards.

There may be some churches which enable marriage, and that's great. But no body should be forced to marry anybody else.

Same sex marriage should in no way influence religion. I feel a big argument in favour of it, is that no one what would be impacted, and so shouldn't stop it.

If you're forcing religions (not just Christianity) to marry or not marry, you're opening a cab of worms.

Could you ask coolkid45 what did his brother's dick taste like? I don't think he will answer me since he might not think I'm being serious but I really want to know.

So, yeah, what did it taste like?

Hello friends miles here and i am to tell you that while you think so nice by defending and praising and encourage the gay you are actually CRUEL CRUEL CRUEL

homo is not real friend it is brainwash by athiest media, the athiest want to destroy human kind because they are create in Gods image and atheists declare was on God. It like my president Goodluck Jonathan say homo is a SICKNESS and God cure with conversion or God cure with aids and you must choose you must

I write poem about this for lagos christian pamphlet i hope it enlighten you

Choice of the Liar

A man ask God
What should I do
I like to lay with man
But I want to come up to you

God say back to man
Lay with man if you must
but know this
you will forever break my trust

Man say to God
but I like man so much
woman not satisfy my
woman cant thrust

But God say to man
Heaven is paradise
women as you want in heaven
They make you feel nice

So man say to God
As much I like lay with man
I stop and lay with woman
as it is divine plan

And God say to man
fair choice i think you make
swap paradise for penis
would be a huge mistake

You're just moving the ball. You say "oh sure marriage has changed a ton, but not in this one specific way!" That's a ridiculous argument. If the definition of marriage is fluid, then it isn't forced to stay exactly as was generally perceived in 1981. "Wife as property" isn't an Old Testament thing (although it is obviously there as well). In many nations women could not own property very recently or would lose all rights to their property when they got married. Arranged marriage is still common in many places. Further, the New Testament isn't exactly aglow with "FUCK YOU QUEERS" like the Old Testament, so being dismissive of the Old Testament is much more detrimental to your argument than it is good.

The other argument is that the Bible is 100% meaningless to the debate because most nations aren't governed by a church or even allowed to prefer one religion over another; many that are do not happen to be Christian.

The argument about forcing churches to marry gay couples is one that I do not find compelling myself, however as Paul expanded on, I do find it distasteful that churches can discriminate in such a way while being tax exempt and one could certainly make the argument in a sound and logical way.

Not moving the ball at all, Shifty, although I did that pretty well in my playing days. Old Testament and New Testament differs on some things and they tend to spell out those differences - polygamy, for one. You'll note that while
the New Testament isn't exactly aglow with "FUCK YOU QUEERS" like the Old Testament
, the New Testament doesn't say "YOU QUEERS, FUCK!" either. Which means that The Bible's stance on homosexuality hasn't changed.

My reference to the Bible was that a Civil Union between consenting adults of any gender is entirely their business but their union would not be Holy Matrimony as that is a religious definition. I believe that the lines between a Holy Matrimony and a Civil Union are slowly being blurred into one thing loosely referred to as marriage. The definition of Holy Matrimony remains dong and poon and that is what should take place in a church. Chuck and Larry want to marry? There are other places to do that Civil Union. That's all I'm saying.

Honestly I can't say I remember any of it. It lasted maybe 2 seconds.

And that's how you contradict yourself in the space of two sentences, kids.

LMAO, look at this poor, poor man. He disagrees with my opinion so he finds a way to flame me because if he saw me in person he'd be too much of a pussy to say anything.

Typical attitude of the immature.

Instead, why don't you just accept what I say instead of assuming I am not telling the truth. I remember it happening, that's it.

Yes that is exactly what I am saying - I don't believe you.

What other evidence do you have? For example, does your bro remember this happening? Did he set it up through your friend who tricked you?

lmao like I need to provide evidence. Let me go back 15 years ago and get my bro's signature and the date.

So are you going to answer my questions, or just try and laugh them off and deflect?

I can tell you now it's not a very good look if you do the latter.
