I blame Roma for most things, on my last "evaluation" thing for University in the other comments box i put: "I felt Mr Toma ruined the experience for not only me, but the rest of the class"

I feel sorry for anyone with the last name Toma who happens to be in your class (H)

and I emailed FT about making it winner-take-all (although it should've been that way in the first place, the ****ers)

PS: I finished last after getting river-****ed on the very first hand (H)

WARNING! THE FOLLOWING POST MIGHT BE TOO SERIOUS FOR SOME. I APPOLOGIZE ON BEFOREHAND.

Thank you guys for the congrats and the sweating. I think it's time for some tournament evaluation:

Positives:
+ consistent play
+ aggressive play on blinds and button & tight play in other positions payed off
+ the "semi-bluff shove" played out perfectly and is now added to my arsenal of poker moves
+ I think the "cards showing strategy" had its desired effect
+ winning the tournament with AA and having 62o win a pot (ok, so Matt and I split the side pot, it still won... Kinda...)

Negatives:
- though I think I played more than decently I still believe I played too much hands I wasn't supposed to be in (KQs all-in call springs to mind). I have this in MTT's where I tend to play looser than normal. A filthy habit I need to get rid off...
- thinking to hard about easy fold decisions
- note to self: STOP LIMPING WITH MEDIOCRE CARDS!!! Play them like a man or don't play them at all

All in all I'm more than happy with my standard of play and I see this tournament as a great preparation for the Flemish Poker Challenge. Again, thanks to all who played, sweated and congratulated me and I think this format is in dire need of a repeat.

BTW #1: *mosquito (Ron and Matt know what I mean :()

BTW #2: Because it really sucked having all those randoms at the tourney, I'd like to offer Matt, as best ranked SG'er besides me, a chance to play me heads up for 5% of my possible cash earnings at the FPC. Pick a time, pick a play money table of your choice and let us gogogogogo

I think we owe Taj a bottle of champagne for that performance
Only a bottle of champagne?

BTW #4: When will Full Tilt supply me with the hand history to update my poker tracker?

#3: we'll talk in private.

#4: I think you have to go to Options > Hand History and activate it so that it saves all your hand histories in a folder of your choice

In a weird way it was actually kind of fun having the randoms there, there was a huge sense of us against them. I tried to stay out of hands Taj was involved in, and I think he did too on a few occasions.

I'm not too happy about how I played overall, was much too passive for too long, meaning I started to get pushed out as we entered the final 7 or 6. And when I finally managed to double up near the end, I then blew it almost instantly by trying to push a guy off a hand which he had slow played and caught a full house on the flop :funny: There was no coming back for me after that.

Pulled off a few nice bluffs and slow plays which I was pleased about

Highlights of the tournament:
1. "Don't Bluff with nothin!!'"
2. Taj going all in with JJ against AA only to win, the turning point for him.
3. The last hand AA vs 72o, haha.

Yeah, normally it does but the last saved hand history is one from March 10th and it doesn't show the one of this tournament...

I tried to stay out of your blinds, even throwing away playable (folded or limped into me) pocket 7's and AQo on two occasions as not to jeopardize your tournament. I even let you double up through me (God, I can be cute and fluffy sometimes)

"Don't Bluff with nothin!!'"

Oh man, that had me in tears (H)

The worst one for me was when I got AA on the last hand before it was final table time, and everyone apart from you folded. Was devastated. Even caught an Ace on the flop but just check'd it all the way or told you, can't remember :(

I sooooo could've cleaned all your clocks in this one, man, but being the generous and (to a fault might I a add) kind person that I am, I let you lesser lights have your shine last night, man.

I'm gonna Farha my way to first place in the next one, man. You just wait and see, bros.

Glad my pom-poms didn't distract you too much.

btw: Requests -> Find a player...
You're on the the top of my list, together with Annette_15 and sbrugby. You should be proud... Or terrified... Or both, in tiny Happy Meal portions

Great stuff... although I don't really see how it absolves my debt.

Hopefully the next SG tourney will be soon. Ive been in Hungary for a week and will still be for another 5 days... hopefully some time soon after would be cool.
