To be honest, I just used it to pad ShiftyPowers's stats. We would have scored a lot less goals, but I don't think we would have lost many points in the league. I couldn't remember any games decided by a corner trick goal. I mean, we only conceded 14 all year, and about 7 were in the last quarter of the year.

Atleast my value has gone up nicely. I finished my first season yesterday, which also is my first FM season, as I just got the game the same week the SG United patch was ready. Obviously won the league, without doing really anything. I was the biggest scorer, but that's because Mandieta6 had two injuries, one of which was for a rather long time. Filipower was really impressive, and has been a target for several teams already. Bobby seems unhappy at the club. Oh, and Arsenal is now my parent team, or whatever it's called.

I've had some really big clubs after some players. Ancelloti is trying to tap up Mus, Roma are after Az, Villa offered for you (the initial offer was the same, but the fee was 0, I asked for a million and they accepted), and seemingly the entire team is linked with Portsmouth.

Second season I've switched to a more fluid 4-3-1-2 now that I brought in a classic #10 in Verratti. Sorry Xifio, you're the odd man out because you're clearly a winger and not much else. Alex looks like he could be retrained to an AMC because of his decent creativity. I'm also starting to retrain Horatiu into a right back; his stats seem to make that his best position. Good speed, tackling, dribbling, and crossing, but not necessarily too much else.
