Ok i have had this game for nearly a month now and in that month ive TRIED EVERYTHING to get it run normally. Atlast i can play it normal speed full screen medium detail. I have it on PS2 so i will know if it is at normal speed and it is,ok ill try and give all the details of what my settings are so everyone with mx cards can do the same:
I have a MX 420 card G-Force 4 1.67 ghz 64 memory 512mb ram and 45:23 nvidia drivers
Ok,i downloaded that overlocking device rivertuner and installed that. So downloaded that and install it. I know this was in a earlier thread and pppl was saying that its just the speed option BUT ITS NOT download the speed up patch:

dont install it yet. now cright click on desktop and click properties-settings advanced ok monitor refresh rate 70hz,now click on Geforce 4 mx and click on performance and quality and select quality for intellisample settings,set antialasing off and anisotropic filtering to application. On direct 3D settings choose best image quality and PCI Texture memory size 64mb (if u have 128 memory i guess set it to that) and enable fog table emulation. On open GL settings Default colour depth choose always use 32bpp,buffer fliipin mode auto select vertical sync off by default and make sure the two options at the top are unticked.
Ok install the official konami patch then install the speed up patch and set the to 800-600 full screen medium detail (this settings for some stadiums,ill include details bout that).Now play a friendly match at Old trafford and the speed should run fine. Now change settings to 1024-768 medium and choose amsterdam or nou camp stadium that will be perfect speed too,screen settings u will have to change because the game runs perfect in some stadiums in different settings e.g. all the english stadiums run perfect in 800-600 and the germans ones run better in 1024-768...weird i know. Yes ppl the entrances are still at a slow frame rate and so is the replays but only by a little,the actual game runs like it does on PS2 atlast......i might of left things out or not put something in so if u have probs just ask me cause this really does work and i have it perfectly running on my mx card.
