Probably. I might use the new idea that dazzer169 sent me a week or so ago. Once, I'm done with my gameplay patch, I'll continue this.

Its around 50%. Nyckz has new stadiums ready, but I can't test them yet. These pointers I found in CE for the players' y axis fluctuate constantly after my PC restarts 4-5 times. I'm going to try dazzer169's idea next week after FIG'13 2.0 is released.

Yea I know it's a beta version but I really have to make sure they are great stadiums, so AP will test them when I consider them ok to be tested... The new stadiums are probably a venue under the Eiffel Tower and another one in a basketball texture with fences and baskets... We'll keep you updated..

That sounds very good! Venues in big cities.
But it is a shame that we can not edit the FIFA Street 4 arenas for collisions (since most of them work in FIFA 13).

the hard court of stadiums are in stadium containers of there are separate files for them.

We had to edit the pitch common texture & the pitch color and I found the way to make any type of pitch (any colors and lines) by playin with the ambient file of the pitch with SW13. So the "style" of the pitch is in the container itself but you gotta have the pitch common texture and pitch color changed.
