Try installing Microsoft Visual Basic 6 Service Pack 5 run times file, which can be found using a simple search on Google.

If you have started a new project, you get nothing. The program wont build a stadium for you:rolleyes:

If you base your stadium on one of the FIFA 2003 predefined stadiums, they must be compatible with OIFTool. There are some original (not many) EA stadiums which are not compatible. Also, stadiums which are previously edited, (e.g. St. James' Park from ECP) are usually not compatible.

And as a final note, read the help file (help.chm) before asking any further questions, as most non-technical/installation issues will be solved there.

A further note on possible Cortona console problem:

It can be caused by your PC's language being non-English (or non-standard options/settings). If this is so, you should (only applicable to Windows XP):

1. Control Panel
2. Regional and Language Options
3. Standards and Formats
4. English (United Kingdom)

This is caused by your system using a comma (,) as the decimal point, which is not the convention used in computer systems.

Portuguese and Spanish versions of Windows XP are known to use this non-convention format.

Ive pretty much figured out how to use the program now. Ive decided to make the City of Manchester stadium rather than St mary's stadium. St mary's looks simple but the seating layout is so damn weird, its just stupid, and the City stadium is quite close to my house so I could go and have a look at the real thing, although Im a United fan:crazyboy:

giving a number doesnt help.

Give me the exact message it gives (a screenshot if possible), and the exact things that occurred before you can the error.
