Total excitement with this stadium, it has a very open environment, but I won't make it so extensive so as not to make it so heavy, I have been adding some 3D elements so that the in-game experience is the best. What is your expectation with this stadium? (I'll take some ideas from your comments).

I think the environment should just make it "feel" oceanic, like the fe oceanic arena in the original game, although I'm aware in FIFA's curious "geography" Guam is a "asian" country. I guess. I'm not sure how far away from Saipan town or the pacific coast the stadium is.
