yeah, have you tried putting all the settings to lowest? Like 480x600 or whatever, on Low ?

try that - make sure Vsync is off and make sure your monitor is set to 60hz.

If that doesn't work then you're buggered I think. Sell your PC and get a new one, and a new GFX card too.

If it DOES work then that is a start ... slowly increase step by step and find what settings cripples it.

Changing the quality makes a HUGE difference, on my Ti 4200 it was slow on high settings, putting it to medium quality made it flawless, but of course it aint good enough for me so I tried my Ti 4600 and fiddled about for a few days.

I already have a new videocard!
and also vsync and allllll other things i tried!
Also all lowest quality but it keeps the same !

ne1 notice how faster the gameplay is on 75 hertz in pes4 then 60hertz,i mean even with 75hertz it doesnt go above 60fps but the game is so much faster,its like playing pes2,60 hertz is fine like a continental game,75 is like a premiership derby game:confused:

Well then your computer is obviously crap.

It must be a 400mhz pc with a built in graphics card and 128mb of ram.

To be honest, changing the refresh rate to anything other than 60 or 120 on my PC doesn't affect the speed at all, only the smoothness.

It looks like it's going 3 frames forward and one frame back which is annoying and stuttery. 60hz or 120hz and the game is PERFECT, smooth as silk.

defragment will mostly do a change on file moving etc. When u save smth or open it when u use a file manager. on games ur disk must be hard fragmented to defrag and notice a change.

Ill tell you what, my WE8I ran quite crap and then I overclocked the graphics card by 10mhz and now the game runs perfect.

Have you installed the agp chipset driver for your motherboard?

Depending on what chipset your motherboard is there is a driver which allows your graphics card to communicate and use the AGP port properly, otherwise you can't get any of the advanced features on the card to work, such as 8x speed, i know a lot of people who have done this before.

Also is it turned on in your bios, set to AGP 8x, and theres also things such as AGP Fast Write, check to see if these things are turned on.
