And let me remind you, that you have to follow German football because 7-1 against Israel wasn't Germany's only thrashing: did you forget 4:1 over Ukraine? Are you saying Ukraine isn't good? Do you live in a cave?
And don't give me that **** about the US. Before the USA-Italy game, many people considered the US to be a football minnow...and while the US won the Gold Cup, did anyone else really care?

Now that you see you can't give me any real examples, and that your arguement is losing, you have to stretch for ANOTHER arguement? But today, it's already February 2002, and you're hinting that Germany's munich-form was the form of today? If that were true, then why did Germany thrash Ukraine and Israel in the last 2 games? Taking potshots at a nation is very insulting; it's the equivelent of calling me "moron." I'm very proud of Germany.
And let's back-up here. If you can see, all I said at the beginning was that Germany wasn't the aging players they were, and that they shouldn't be written off. So, why are you people taking potshots at Germany just because I said they shouldn't be underestimated?
Furthermore, scoring 7 goals against Israel is GREAT. Scoring 4 goals against Ukraine is GREAT. How can you say that such results aren't great? It seems like you're more willing to put Germany down then acknowledge great results.
If USA beat Ukraine 4-1, everyone would say that's great! But if Germany does it, everyone says "they suck, they lost to England 1-5 back in September!"
