First of all, I want to thanks to ludo for SW12. Really great tool man. I want to thanks to sido too, for some explanations that he gave to me.
This will be my thread for FIFA 12 stadiums and my first stadium will be Stade Jules Deschaseaux, home of Le Havre. This was last stadium which I made , but not finished. I will finish it for FIFA 12 and after that I can take some request. Some screens:

How to install:
The best way is to repleace Estadio del Pueblo(id - 175). Open CM12, on stadium section choice Estadio del Pueblo, change name, year build etc. On stadium preview you can put the pics day1, day2, night1 and night2. In stadium structure for day version add - stadium_175_1_container_0.rx3, for night version add - stadium_175_3_container_0.rx3. After import this files, apply the crowd and lights from some other stadium. Save your work and copy folder sceneassets in FIFA 12 data folder. Enjoy.

How to install:
-Open CM12
-Best way is to repleace Estadio del Pueblo(id 175)
-On stadium section in General, change all however you want(name,capacity,year built etc.)
-Than go on Model, mark Clear Day and under the image choice import Rx3 and import
stadium_175_1_container_0
-Where is Shadow Map again choice import Rx3 and import pitchcovmap_175_1_textures
-On Crowd Placement, choice clear day and press Copy Crowd Placement data
-On Lights choice whatever you want stadium and pres Copy Lights Position and textures
-Go to Preview and import day_1 and day_2
-Do the same steps with night version(only import stadium_175_3_container_0 not stadium_175_1_container_0
and pitchcovmap_175_3_textures not pitchcovmap_175_1_textures.
-Rebuild, save your work and close CM12
-Go to where the files are extracted from the rar and copy sceneassets folder to FIFA 12\Game\data
-If you do everything righ, you will have Borussia-Park in the game

Very cool. Can you convert PES 6 oder PES 12 Stadiums? Or can you say me how can i convert the Stadiusm from PES 6?
