No I can`t for now. I can convert from 09 and 10(I think that it is possibele from 07 and 08 too).

It depends of that how hard is to make the crowd, to apply right bounding boxes, pitch shadows, lights other things take not much than an one or two hours.
Night version of Abbe Deschamps is almost finished. And my version of Chaban Delmas converted directly from FIFA 10 files, just for check how much time it takes:
