yeah good points indeed .I appreciate that,but i have seen so many promising English kids(forget Jeffers ok :funny: ) who,by their own words felt that they were overtly discouraged at Arsenal in favour of foreign,particularly French, youngsters.English kids who have been forced to leavr the club and feeling very bitter about it.

Those English kids are playing in the lower divisions right now. They open their big mouths and thing they're good enough when in reality they just suck. The good players like Pennant and Bentley are wasting their talent because they already think they're world class players. When these kids learn to shut up and work hard then they will make it to the first team.

And Reyes only cost 10 million pounds. The fee goes up depending on appearances, CL wins, etc. Still a good deal compared to the 21 million for Wright-Phillips.

well if it was one or two guys"shouting their mouths off",i might ,just might think it was just sour grapes,but its a lot more than that.Why should anyone disbelieve these players?Why believe that the story from the club is the truth.There's a 50/50 chance that one side is lying.Why do you side with the club and dismiss the players versions of events.
Arsenal have been accused by these kids of concentrating more on the imported players and letting English kids rot away at the academy.My brother is a coach at the academy.He came home many times fuming about the way things were being handled at Arsenal.He predicted that these kids would be discarded long before they went on their way.Some of those kids had talent but were simply not encouraged by the club,resulting in a loss in confidence apart from other obvious things.
Arsenal under Wenger,are being used to bring on young French players for the future of the French National team.That is a well known fact at the academy.The French football association and Arsenal are in partnership to produce these players.I presume that Arsenal are also recieving payment from the French FA to do this.One day soon this story will break open big time and then you can read about it in the papers,because it seems that until you see something in the media,you just dont want to believe it.Someone at Arsenal is getting very close to spilling the beans.So watch this space.

Kids like Liam Chilvers, Jerome Thomas, Jermaine Pennant and David Bentley won't shutup and look where they're at now. Matthew Upson could've made it on the team if he was patient enough. He could've taken Keown's place but would rather play for Birmingham. Do you think Jerome Thomas is better than Reyes, Pires, Ljungberg or Hleb? Where is Liam Chilvers now? Jermaine Pennant is a drunk and a waste of a talent. If he wasn't busy getting drunk and crashing cars then maybe his talent would emerge. And David Bentley is a cocky player who thinks he's at the level of Wayne Rooney but can't get into the Blackburn starting 11. Most of these English players are either not talented enough or don't have the right attitude.

And the whole French FA thing is just stupid. Only Henry is playing for the French NT. Flamini and Clichy are playing for the U21. While Arsenal has players like Ryan Smith, Fabrice Muamba and Matthew Connolly representing the youth levels and Ashley Cole playing on the English NT. Just look at you're team. John Terry is the only one playing that has been developed by your club.

Stop and think for a moment WHY those ejected players have an attitude problem.Maybe being treated like s.h.i.t since they were at Arsenal might have something to do with it dont you think.Its a bit strange that we are talking about quite a few English boys,not just one or two.
Bringing up flaws in young mens characters,shows a piss poor mentality.Is Van Pervert such a wonderful human being?Tony Adams was an alchoholic,or a "drunk" as you would call him,but managers before Wenger gave him years of support and understanding.He also crashed cars and even went to prison for drink/driving.Now he is regarded as a legend.Wenger has a lot to learn about nurturing talent.He wraps all the foreign kids in cotton wool and says "f.u.c.k you" to the rest.
Upson didn't WANT to play for Brum.He actually wanted to play for his beloved Arsenal,but was mot given either the encouragement or the level of support a young player needs.You need to come off the defensive and consider for a moment other reasons for the way things are at Arsenal.Your thinking is warped by your blind loyalty to Arsenal,never daring to critisize and always on the defensive.Its impossible to have a rational conversation with someone like that.

What level does your brother coach at in the academy?

Managers before Wenger were Brits who put a cotton wool over the English players. At least Tony Adams learned from his mistake. Pennant just had another drunk incident a few months back.

If these English players were good enough they would be playing for Arsenal. You don't see any of those English kids starting for the NT right now. Most of them are playing in the lower division. These English players aren't patient. They're not willing to earn their spot.

And I don't see Van Persie causing any trouble. Are you referring to the rape case that will most likely drop?

And you're talking about rational conversations yet you make a stupid comment that the French FA is paying Arsenal to develop youths. Your thinking is warped by your blind hatred to Arsenal. Its impossible to have a rational conversation with someone like that.
