Come on India, just another 193 runs to go.
Another unbelieveable fightback from India. The players have completely turned this match on its head in the space of two-and-a-bit days, and you would think we should go on and win it from here. Strange things can happen in cricket though, and I'm not counting my chickens yet. Dravid batted quite beautifully for his double century, and Laxman was a joy to watch when he got going too. There aren't many batsmen as pleasing to the eye as Dravid, Laxman and Tendulkar when they get going, and two out of three isn't bad. I didn't get to see much of the bowling because i had to go to work, but i saw the last three hours of play and once again, it was a fantastic team effort to get the mighty Australians out within the space of a day. Say what you might about the bowling attack, but there's nothing wrong with the batting is there? All the batsmen are there, and six of them were dismissed by Agarkar who bowled with good discipline when i watched him. It's up to the batsmen to finish the job now, though that's easier said than done. If we do manage to win this match, we will have scored the fifth highest winning fourth innings total at the Adelaide Oval. It can be done - we have enough classy batsmen to do it with ease - but I guarantee you that the Australians will come out all guns blazing tomorrow. They have nothing to lose now, they have to go all out for the wickets and the first session will be very tough. If Sehwag and Chopra can hang in there and accumulate the odd run or two each over and keep us on track, they can take advantage of the tiring bowlers and fielders in the 39 degree heat tomorrow afternoon.
CHALO INDIA!!!!!!!!!!
