I'm arguing with a ridiculous Serie A homer on twitter right now. He is convinced that Cassano is "the best player no one has heard of" and that he is the missing link for Chelsea or Arsenal to win the title. And he won't quit! Stuff like "you don't play for Madrid, Milan, and Inter if you aren't great" and that he and Robben are equals.

I responded to his first tweet about no one knowing who he was saying how ridiculous that is, Cassano is known to everyone and it's known that he's been an abject failure everywhere except Roma as a teen and Sampdoria. And there it went.

He's a Juve fan. I actually really like the Juve fans at SG, but Galatasaray just presented me with an early Christmas. Oh man yes.

Thiago Motta's really grown on me this season ... I wasn't a fan of his, not since his debut with Barça (along side the likes of the great Fábio Rochemback) through the Mourinho years at Inter ... but in a 3-man midfield with Verratti and Matuidi for PSG, he's been amazing ... swap De Rossi in place of Blaise for the Azzurri, and Prandelli's midfield trident is set!
