News:

Mavs deal Van Exel to Warriors for Jamison:

The Mavericks have traded for Antawn Jamison of the Golden State Warriors as part of an eight-player trade, even though it cost them playoff hero Nick Van Exel, NBA sources say. The deal is pending league approval Monday. The Mavericks will also receive 6-8 power forward Danny Fortson. Going to Golden State are Van Exel, Avery Johnson, Evan Eschmeyer and Popeye Jones.

Not a bad deal for us. Nick will really be missed tho.. one of my fav players in the league. Good luck man!:rockman:

this is totally great trading by Dallas.

Jamison and Forston themself are worth more than Van Exel and the others.

najara wasnt a free agent...

anyway, larry bird just said that he is willing to trade jermain if he demands a trade cuz of the coach thing... which opens a few options for other teams, but his contract sucks.

Look out for dirk tomorrow! :rockman:

Starting XI
Hey Guys havent been around for a while but some great trades in the nba so far in my opinion ...
Minesotta getting Spree is great ... what were the knicks thinking ? Van Horn ... obviously he's not going to get in to as much trouble as spree but he isn't what they need ... they need a replcement for Kurt thomas ...

Golden State : what were you thinking trading Jamison (and others) to dallas for Van Exel .... They traded their best player to dallas for the mav's sixth man ... Van exel did avg alot of points off the bench last year and golden state did need a point guard after losing Arenas to the wizards but i think overall a bad trade....

Karl Malone .. in probably his second or third last season goes to the Lakers (probably looking for a ring) plus they got Payton who is going to be great for the lakers

Scottie returns home to chicago for the final two years of his career ...bulls are still going to suck :(

And finally the best thing ever for the Cavs getting Lebron ... i already got the jersey ... The red one with the gold trim .. it was only 40 at Modells ...

Can anyone tell me why the 5th Avenue Nba store was charging 400$ for the same jersey i got in Queens for 40$ ??? ?

Ah bring on the preseason !!!!

Great news!!!!! (at least for me)

Point guard Rafer Alston (skip to my lou) has just signed a one year deal with the miami heat.......that means he will get good playing time cause the heat lacked a point guard last year

baaaa... I'm not...
we have the worst group of players in the History!
no Oded Katash, no Doron Shefer, no Nadav Henefeld Etc.
Israel is looking like sh*t.
I'm very dissapointed.

even against Germany, we should've played better,
but it seems like they fear Derk Novitsky
tho' the Germans had a very bad game,
we couldn't play well...:kader:

anyway, hope we'll win today against Latvia,
our last chance of advancing.
