Steven Chow is a legend in Asian comedy. Europeans may not understand his humour, but in Asia he made a lot of funny movies like Fight Back to School ( I don`t really keen the third movie, but the first one is damn funny ). He sometimes made sarcastic humours about Asian traditions, so that`s why maybe non-Asians won`t understand his humour.

Johan Cruijff: En un momento dado. Best documentary I've ever seen.

There's only one Jimmy Grimble is maybe very crap, but it is fun too. It's about a boy who has a dream, well I think you know how the story goes from there

Escape to Victory was fantastic.

"No, coach! I can play! I feel...... behehehehhehehehttter"

Pele nets a vital equaliser and the Nazi's are wooed. Sly Stallone saves a penalty and Michael Caine breaks somebody's arm for the good of the world.

A famous Icelandic comedian said that there are three kinds of sport movies.

1. Movies about kids who suddenly become very good at sports
2. Movies about old guys who used to be good at sports and then suddenly become good again
3. Movies about guys who are terrible at sports and stay terrible at sports

I think it applies on most occations

Oh, I remember one more. "Shooting stars" - A french movie, simillar to Taxi, maybe the same actors or something? Don't remember it so well, still it offered some tricks and a big laugh in one scene. Yeah, and another. It's called "Go" or "Go Big" or something (with the guy from Full Monty). I saw it when I was ten or something and thought it would be great but it was horrible. Romantic comedies are not good for ten year olds.

Bend it like Beckham was a terrible movie. It was utterly sexist. There wasn't one nice heterosexual male in the entire movie. And the ending didn't even make any sense, it's like they said "oops, this has been going on too long already, better wrap it up." It was preachy, poorly written, badly acted, and offensive.

The best sports movies are about baseball. The Natural, Field of Dreams, Bull Durham, Eight Men Out, Pride of the Yankees, even A League of Their Own. That's the way it's always going to be, because there's nothing like the pitcher-batter duel in other sports and it makes for great films.

what is the name of a movie about a kid in Ireland (Dublin) who wants to play pro for his city team?

League of Their Own was good entertainment. Especially Tom Hanks:

Man: "That was some great coaching there Jimmy. I especially liked the part where you scratched your balls for an hour."

Hanks: "Well, anything worth doing is worth doing right."

Yeah, A League of Their Own is pretty damn good.

What is Mean Machine about? I've never even heard of it.

A League of Their Own, isn`t that a Denzel movie if I`m not mistaken ? I remember him sayin` "I don`t care if you`re black, white, blue, green, orange, blah, blah, blah" . . .

I like that movie too.
