That shit is overrated. When kids fail "oh they weren't experienced", but when they succeed "they didn't know any better". No one ever wins until they do. Go with talent over experience every time.

Lack of experience makes them more unprepared and likelier that they'll crack. The best sides always have a mix of youth and experience. England only have Gerrard, and maybe Cahill and Johnson.

Ozil had CL experience in 2010, had played with the NT previously and was a supremely gifted individual (no one in the England frontline is comparable). The switch also allowed Germany to change their style and shape, so it's not simply down to a man for man swap.

You're nuts. Rooney is world class. I think he will compliment Sturridge well, but Sterling and Oxlade-Chamberlain (who might not even make it, btw) still dont really know what they're doing at this level. I hope they feature, but you build the attack around Rooney and Sturridge.
