Yellow Card
1. Reina - about the same.
2. Torres??? - HAhahahahahaha. He owes his EURO 2008 title to Liverpool Football Club.
3. Kuyt - stepping up from a smaller league to a massive one is not easy. He's done very well here.
4. Skrtel - much better, you're WRONG to say he's gotten worse
5. CAragher - you're jealous
6. Gerrard -you're obviously jealous
7. Agger - injuries. When healthy, Agger and Skrtel are one of the top 3-4 CB pairings in the EPL......and you know it.

Players who struggled at LFC:
Bellamy - although he's back to his best now
Joe Cole - didn't get enough of a chance
Djibril Cissee - Liverpool helped him, he just couldn't jump from that minor league up to the EPL
Lucas - he just hasn't done enough in the time he;s been here.

OTHER NOTABLES:
Xabi Alonso - LFC took him to the next level
Mascherano - see Xabi Alonso
Milan Baros - withouth Liverpool, he'd be a nobody

Lucas, Reina = 2.

I can name 10+ players who became worse after joining Liverpool in the past decade.

That's happened at many clubs. And let me correct you....it's not BECAME WORSE......it's STRUGGLED AT.

Let's take a look at a few from your club:
Juan Sebastien Veron
Diego Forlan - no comment required
Louis Saha - seriously, did he EVER come close to replicating his Fulham form at ManU?
Carlos Tevez - just admit it, he's been better at ManCity than he was at ManU

Gerard Piqué. Evans's reserve at ManU became as good as Beckenbauer or Baresi.

haha, can't believe you guys are bothering to respond to Nadiim's post ... there's no depth to his argument; he's just a Man Yoo fan, and having a dig at 'Pool is just what is expected of him ... nothing more to it ...

Excuse me, what? He starts for Brazil and he's 24. Not his fault his own fans have stupid expectations.

Rossi got kicked out to Newcastle.

well, so does Jádson ... and Elano is part of the squad, while Hulk and Nilmar are watching the cup on telly ... being selected for the Brazilian team has lost its mark of merit and quality assurance since the time of Dunga's reign ...

Was just making a joke of what Charlie Adam said.

Luis Garcia was never a great player, but he had his best years at Liverpool. 5 goals in the Knockout Stages in 2005.

Shay Given signs for Villa on a 5-year-contract. That's 35-year-old Shay Given. I mean, he used to be one to the top keepers in England, and was unfortunate to be pushed aside by Hart but a 5 year contract? I hope it's at least a pay-as-you-play contract.

I love the annual GK merry-go-round though.

Unbelievable for Jonathan Woodgate. Ten years ago he played in the CL semi's with Leeds United, seven years ago got bought by Real Madrid...now signs a pay-as-you-play deal with Stoke City.
