Not yet, new leagues require to modify some tables manually. I will provide instructions, I am not going to make a tool for that short term.
Start new career and manager mode. I chose austrian bundesliga team blau weiss linz and then click on next match.

Yes it is the kuip, but when i try to play a game my game crashed :( maybe you can help me to add it?
You must to edit every glares_.lnx file inside the FX folder.
Open each file and In the <particle effect name= " glares_?_1_0"> change where I put "?" To 225.

Oooh aha thats why it wasnt working, i did change just only the file name.

I saw in the editor that there is an import from FIFA 16 and import from DB function. But it still doesn't work, does it?

I played 20 matches in career mode and won all of them, career mode is very easy, is there a solution for this?

Two things:
I have noticed that if I use a team that doesn't have specifickitbumbers in my game or the kit is not generated by the tool, I am getting the missing texture pattern (green blue square) on the kit and/or the short.

Second, I have not been able yet to select the home team or do CPU vs CPU games in games where you select the controller in the tool (guest matches turns green). The game tells me something like the team of the tournament needs to be selected by at least a controller. I tried to follow the step you suggested the other day to @dinei but without success.

I am still getting missing kit numbers or short numbers though. I checked my general.lua file it is yours with only one line.

Am I the only one getting missing kit numbers on already installed (FIP) kits?

After delete this line "useOriginalKitNumberIdentifier()" In general.lua, the kitnumbers back to appear.

I think it depends from the kitnumbers that you have installed. With Revolution Mod the signature inside the file has been modified. If you remove the line in the lua you should see your existing kitnumbers, I am no sure about RFS cretaed kitnumbers, please let me know.

Created kitnumbers are displayed correctly once the line is remove so does not created ones.
