Nintendo's always been a kiddy system to me... with games like Super Mario and Zelda, it just doesn't catch my eye

Nintendo was fun for me during my youth years. I've kind of grown out of that kiddy-game phase, and that's Nintendo's problem. They DON'T grow. It's rehash game after rehash game with Nintendo. They're living off of their old products, and it get's tiresome after a while.

I'd rather play the original Super Mario on the NES or SNES as opposed to that disgraceful Mario Sunshine anyday. The same thing applies to Zelda.

I dont need to buy a GC, I just tell my 7 year old cousin that ill play with him, and he will give me his GC for a week or so untill my aunt calls me to tell me I have to turn it back (:/)

Zelda is no kiddy game dude, neither Mario (sunshine is, but not the rest) but, I totally agree with you. I dosent grow, I guess its ok for them cuz 8-13 year old kids rather play those kinda games than 14-80 ppl, so they sell.......

Im seriously thinkin about buying a gamecube, i got a ps2 but im gettin a bit bored at the mo waiting for games to come out such as pes4,killzone and gta: sa. I wanna buy a black one with mario cart and its £95 on amazon witch is ok i think? i had the old snes but thats it with nintendo, im really lookin forward to playin mario kart,mario golf wen it comes out,super smash bros,super monkey ball and mario sunshine, those are the games im a looking to buy. Is viewtiful Joe any good?? what is the game about i mean i can get it for £15 is it worth it???

yes, Viewtiful Joe is an excellent game. It's basically an adventure game with graphics that leave the impression you're inside a comic book and you have the power to slow/speed up time and all that stuff.
I highly reccomend this game (Y)

well, that post was on 7-19 right? well, the guy dissappeared again, the appeared again, and today Ig ot the gamecube!!!!! oh, and yesterdy Ebay emailed me saying that they are giving me the money back in 20 days :bob:

I just got the cube a couple of days ago! (metroid prime bundle + soul calibur 2) I can't wait for re 4, fifa 2005 and the next zelda game. :rockman:

nope, didnt buy ToS yet.
thing is, I just got it, so Im going tonplay the 9 games I got and wait till ToS gets cheaper

only one question (this don´t has anything with the thread but meh) is truth that nintendo is not going to make more consoles like GC, i heard that form a friend and the announcement of gay station 3 and gay-box 2 but no new console of nintendo, make me got scared.

nah, they're doing the Nintendo DS (handheld) but they will make a new console (better than gamecube) in the future. just not to compete with the releases of xbox 2 and ps3.

they always do that, release the new consoles way after the competition (or most of the times I think)
