In other videos, they show Messi making a positive sign to Lucho, indicating he wants to keep playing. In your video they omit that, only shows Messi walking away.

I have no idea how dirty some of the madrid media are.

Either Luis Enrique wants to take Messi off and he does, or he wants to know how he's feeling. If it's the first Messi has to accept his manager's order, if it's the second Luis Enrique would only ask if he's alright; instead he clearly points to the bench and says "come on", Messi just refuses. Even the manner in which Enrique does it already shows he's expecting a refusal by the owner of FC Barcelona, Lionel Messi. Who exactly is the coach?
