I wish the Rochester Franchise would do that, we had similar problems as the Fire but we still made the playoffs luckily.

it's a nice touch, the fire organization is very connected with it's fans. I know Peter Wilt b/c I worked for the fire one year and he's a really goog guy and really good gm, he actually walks around almost the entire stadium before each game to greet and speak with the fans. this is why the fire have such a loyal fan base.

I've talk to the Rochester's manger once before too at the stadium, and he's even written a letter to me personally. He also talks on the Rhinos forums everyonce in a while. I just think that they should right a letter saying that they screwed up like the Fire manager did.

nice design, hopefully the Rhinos who also have Puma as a kit supplier will also use the Venino jerseys.
I like it, too bad they're only going to use it for a few select matches, they should just make it their permanent away uniform plus this is a new color for the MLS.
It's really cool how the Fire is really connected to the citys history through their logo and now their new kit

for the first time since well a long time. Look for the Crew to win this one at home though, this game was a mistake.LA are going to have a tough time against Colorado. They have a solid home field advantage at the HDC but they've been pathetic offensively since Sampson took over. Ruiz is not in good form right now. Kirovski was pretty good in the first game but still nothing Cannon can't match. So I can't see LA winning in regular time at the HDC. Maybe in OT or on PK's.
DC United outplayed the MetroStars but took the lead on a goal which looked suspiciously offside. Thanks to the brilliant camera angles, it was hard to tell but Earnie Stewart looked to be offside. Horrible miss by Wolyniec which would have tied the game. Great second goal by Eskandarian to put the final nail in the Metros coffin. They should be used to this by now.
As for the Revs v. Crew, the result is not so surprising. What's really surprising is that the Revs haven't been playing like this all season. There's so much talent on that team. I still think the Crew will advance though. I think they'll overpower the Revs at CCS.

Sad to see a 20-year-old player giving up on soccer. He just hasn't made any kind of progress since getting drafted out of high school. Seems like a nice guy though.

I hope MLS will prosper as a geat futbol league with every next year. Even now such a young league show great expectations to be one of the leading nation in the greatest sport played on the planet. MLS is not future of US soccer, it is future of world futbol.
