Wolyniec's heart and hustle can never be questioned. But what is questionable is his touch. It sucks. With the touch he has, he's lucky to be playing in MLS, seriously.

Id say Wolyniec is a poor man's Brian Ching. Thats not saying a lot at all.

Beasley has the number 11! Thats a first team squad number if there ever was one!:rockman:

Youre right about his touch, but this weekend he had a gorgeous touch around a defender to make room for himself and just missed the net.

Wolyniec is crap. He should have never been capped for the national team IMO. I mean no offense to the guy, like you said he plays with a lot of heart and tenacity and he's a good athlete, but the skill is just not there. The irony is that he wasn't good enough to play for the Fire and now he scored on us. (:/)

What do you guys think of "The Big Fundamental" as a nickname for Ching? We need to come up with nicknames for every US NT player.

He looks so much like Robinho it's not even funny. I've watched him a few times, good player.

He made a fit impression and he regularly found the strikers. Johan Vonlanthen and Gerald Sibon had no problem controlling his perfect crosses, but they found it hard to beat keeper Edwin Zoetebier.

:rockman: :rockman: and he's only going to get better.

they might just change the wording in the logo, and take off the stars... since Vergara is trying to get real Chivas fans to follow the team.

I'm glad to see my man damarcus doing so well already. watch out for the fire when the transfer window opens for the mls they are gonna make some big moves for decent international players with alot of salary cap room and plenty of money from the bocanegra, thorton, and beasley deals.

The Fire don't get money from the moves (MLS owns player contratcs and the league gets the money from transfers), all they get is cap space. However, they get allocations and they do have more cap room because of the moves.

MLS used part of the money it got for Howard to buy Sergio Galvan Rey for the MetroStars. I think if the Fire wants to get someone on a transfer fee MLS will pay it and it won't count towards the salary cap.

I think the teams get %10-%15 from each sell. They also get an allocation which they can use to buy a player who is under contract from another club.

I am sure this has already been talked about but if Toronto gets an MLS team and signs some half decent talent... I will go ape **** :hump:

That is bull crap! Caps and player restrictions should be removed to attract bigger stars to the MLS.
