But its true, and it's preventing other great players from being called to the National Team. It happened now to Cesc and before to players like Reyes and Sergio Ramos.

Lately the media have forgotten Osasuna, but they are still fourth in la Liga, two points behind Real Madrid, and a player like Raul García has not been called up yet. Like you've said, Cani deserves to be there as well.

I prefer Cani to Joaquin actually. About Osasuna players, i think their football is not the kind of football we need in Spanish NT.

About the press talk about some players :

Players show he is very good = Press say Madrid will sign him, go to spanish NT. I believe both things come together.

Cesc rumours linking with Real Madrid came some months ago, it didnt come the last Tuesday cause he did a good match vs Madrid. Cesc already came in December to the Spanish NT meeting aswell Oleguer in example. So its not a big surprise seeing Cesc in spanish NT.

Yes, Bin Laden is behind choosing the team, or even better !! its Real Madrid !! Real Madrid is behind so Guti can play stupid friendlies, wasting his energy and maybe coming injured from the match so Madrid will be really f*cked without Guti!

Guys just stop that. Its Spanish NT, stop blaming Madrid for everything that you dont like.

Personally i would kick Capdevila, Joaquin, and i will add Cani and Del Horno so far.

Madrid press? Maybe you mean that spanish press talked about Aragones. Press have a lot of power everywhere but they dont choose the coach.


It seems everyone here hates Spanish NT. I really feel envy when i read Italian or German NT in example. They just talk about football, and about stuff related to players. Meanwhile here we talk about craps, rumours, and bad stuff. Thats why we suck, we dont support the team.


The funny thing, is that the guys that show that disrespect to the team are in first position to blame the team after a defeat.

All that patriotic sh*t may be effective in USA but in Spain people don't support everything just because the flag. People have their own ideas and we won't accept something we don't like.

Besides, the Spanish supporters are what they are. People support the team only when they deserve it. Now it's very understandable that the supporters are not very happy with the NT after so many disappointments. You shouldn't overreact about this.

¿Se supone que sois mas guays por despotricar sin sentido de España?

¿Se puede criticar que Aragones sea el entrenador, tras ser uno de los entrenadores mas reconocidos de este pais?

¿Porque coño meteis a Madrid en todo? Parece que todo es culpa de Madrid, y los madrileños no tenemos nada que ver con vuestros problemas, ¿Que la prensa habla? Todas los periodistas hablan y Shifty su opinion constantemente, aqui y en Tanzania.

En serio, te quejas de que España ha fracasado muchas veces, es cierto. Pero el Barça estuvo 5 años a años luz de l Valencia o el Madrid, ¿y acaso dejaste de animarlos y apoyarlos?

Hipocresia, eres mas guay diciendo "bah que les den por el culo, es todo culpa de los madrileños" que pensando de una manera un poco positiva. Sinceramente me da mucho por saco ver que solo unos pocos miramos por nuestro pais, no se trata de banderas ni de politica, sino de futbol joder. Parece que teneis miedo de decir que sois españoles y de que quereis que España lo haga bien en el mundial.

No por decir que todo va bien, España va a ser mejor y va a ganar el mundial. Yo creo que se puede criticar todo. No veo nada malo en eso. Al contrario, yo creo que los que están enfadados son los que están preocupados por lo que está pasando.

Aún así, España es un país de clubs. Casi todo el mundo se siente más representado por su club que por el equipo nacional. Tampoco es que la selección haya sido motivo de gran orgullo últimamente. En la Eurocopa ya entraron con repesca y no pasaron la primera fase. No parece que vayan por buen camino este año tampoco.

De todas formas cuando llega el mundial la gente se vuelca más con la selección, aunque la mayoría de las veces no se lo merezcan. Con los jugadores que hay siempre queda hueco al optimismo.

No deberías ofenderte porque se hable de la prensa de Madrid. La presión que ejercen es siempre determinante. A mí me parece que influyen demasiado. Puedes estar de acuerdo o no.

Una cosa es criticar cosas que no van bien para que todo vaya mejor. Y otra cosa criticar cosas que solo pretenden hacer daño y que no van a cambiar nada en absoluto.

Como por ejemplo decir que Cesc esta en la seleccion por la prensa de Madrid, sin entrar a valorar lo realmente importante que seria si
Cesc merece o merece estar en e equipo. Lo peor es que toda esa mierda os la creeis de verdad.
