Man, he's just meant to be a Raider. (H) Pretty interesting mock draft, 3 SC guys in the top 10, not bad although I'm really hoping Winston stays for his senior year.

I'm hoping we take an SC guy too. :lui:

1. Darnell Bing ( meant to be the next R. Harrison )
2. Winston Justice
3. Justin Wyatt

I'm praying. (Y)

Marcus Vick has been dismissed from VA Tech following his stomp.

The only NFL team I can see taking him is the Raiders. Nobody else will go near this ****.

The guy's got a rap sheet that would have made Seabass proud. Some of his "accomplishments":

-Supplying booze to underage girls
-Driving with a suspended/revoked license
-That stomp on Elvis Dumervil of Louisville in the Gator Bowl

I'm sure he's just gonna declare for the NFL draft, rather than transfer to a I-AA school, where he'd play right away.

Randy Moss doesn't want that kind of negative attitude on his team... (going back to his comments about T.O.) (H)

...but you're right, he's PERFECT for the Raiders. What a chump...

Not only that, the arrogance factor he has apparrently eclipses even his brother, who was an egomaniac in his time at College (admittedly, it would be tough not to let that kind of hero worship go to ones head, but some of the crap ive heard was just laughable)

I have friends who watched little vick pull up to his car one day as it was getting ticketed, pull the paper off his windscreen, tear it up and toss it in the meter maids face, exclaiming "Im Marcus Vick: I dont pay f*cking tickets". Seriously. I hate the guy, his arrogance is endemic of everything I dislike about Tech (in comparison to their coaches and directors who really impressed me by doing this) and Im glad hes crashed and burned already. Deserving of every bit of it

Yellow Card
Reggie Bush's subpar-for-him effort in the Rose Bowl apparently hasn't changed the find of the Houston Texans as to who will be the No. 1 pick in the draft.

The Texans will select the USC running back with the top pick if Bush decides to turn pro, team and league sources told ESPN.

ESPN said almost nothing will change that course, the sources say, even after the Texans received word Friday that Texas quarterback Vince Young is leaning strongly to also going pro. Young is a Houston native.

ESPN said the Texans will pick up an $8 million option on quarterback David Carr, who was the expansion team's first draft pick four years ago.

ESPN said Texans owner Bob McNair made the decision after getting extensive evaluations from various sources that strongly endorsed Carr, including a favorable report from Shifty Reeves, the former longtime NFL coach hired last month as a consultant.

It seems a foregone conclusion that Bush will declare himself eligible for the 2006 draft.

Bush reportedly began the process of interviewing agents last month and has already started to narrow down his list.

The 6-foot, 200-pound junior has until Jan. 15 to declare.

League scouts, who are not permitted to discuss underclass candidates but typically do so in off-the-record conversations or evaluations that are not for attribution, certainly feel that Bush will be in the draft. Although the process of analyzing the 2006 draft class is still in its early stages, the strong consensus is that Bush would be the first player chosen.

Bush, who won the Heisman this season after rushing for 1,658 yards and 15 touchdowns, had said he would wait until after the Rose Bowl on Jan. 4 to make his decision.

USC coach Pete Carroll said he'll address future options with several players next week.

"We're going to meet with the whole team first," he said. "Everybody has to know what's going on. We'll focus on guys who are under consideration. It's not time to make that decision."

I have not been as impressed with Reggie Bush as I have been, ALL SEASON LONG, with Vince Young so I would take the Longhorn.

Also, Omar Jacobs (the best kept secret in college football from the public) of Bowling Green declared for the draft. He's better than Vince Young, and very possibly better than Matt Leinart and he could be a HUGE steal for some team around the 7-15 range kind of like Rothlisburger for the Steelers in the Eli - Rivers draft. I will officially be pissed if the Lions get him.

The funny thing is that he lost his driver's license because he didn't pay his car insurance's premium. Basically, if he had paid his car insurance, he would've only gotten a two-game suspension for next season and he'd be still attending Tech.

Vick got picked up on gun charges today.

I hate the son of a bitch so much. I remember him flipping off the WV crowd.

What an idiot.

Sad thing is his brother put his name on the line for him more than once. Marcus basically spat in his face by doing all this crap.

Someone said he needs anger managment.

No.

He needs to be locked away in a padded cell for a long, long time.
