but Brazil wasn't good today. only Robinho and Cicinho (what club does he play in?) was good. the rest was very mediocre. Ronaldinho was CRAP. lost the ball in every move he made. :nape:

they need RONALDO!

Brazil have to beat Japan because i want them and Argentina to clash in the final. :)

Congrats to Mexico. They held Brazil with some incredible defense. They've pretty much mastered the all-defensive tactic. And yet Borgetti scored on a dead ball opportunity. Mexico may not play the game in the most entertaining way possible, but with tactics like that they'll go far. I guess they're sorta like the Detriot Pistons of soccer. Or maybe it's the other way around.

BTW I was sorta disappointed in Adriano who had a couple of good chances, but couldn't capitalize.

And another thing, who does Gilberto (Brazil's LB) play for? From what I've seen I think Inter scouts should keep a firm eye on him.

Adriano was offside, Mexico played really well and was able to neutralize our attack.
But anyways Ronaldinho has been playing really bad lately, that's why Ronaldo still is our best player.
Roque Jr. is a fuc.king retard he made the penalty and then he didn't mark Borgetti in the corner. I hate him, he's the worst defender we have and doesn't deserve to be our captain :kader:

Ronaldinho was good against Greece, what do you mean lately? In the 2nd half Ronaldinho didn't get a whole lot of touches so it's not like he could do a whole lot.

Yeah Robinho played so well that he had to be subbed :rolleyes:

Ronaldinho didn't play very well (i think he looked tired since the start of the match) but he made some very nice passes, especially the one to Robinho but Robinho couldnt control the ball well, it bounced high (for him) and he just kicked it over the goal badly when he had Adriano in the middle.

And Adriano was offside on the header(his leg was).

Is Baptista in the squad and if so why isn't he playing ??? he coulda come in instead of Oliveira or Juninho...

The first 30 minutes of the first half Brazil was absolutely stunning but after that they were complete s*it. They had around 18 shots and I haven't looked at the stats yet but I'd say that maybe 3 were on goal. Adriano missed two huge chances and he was just off with his shooting all day along with the rest of the Brazilian team.

Moralles was fantastic for Mexico why the hell did he get subbed out?

Anybody who saw the Game of (MEXICO VS Brazil), who do you think was the best player? IMO it was Borgetti becuz he was able to recover after having missed the penalties.

Also, after seeing the Mexican National team in this game, what Mexican players do you think could play in Europe and in what leagues? Just wondering....

Morales has been playing an excessive amount of games as of lately.

Concacaf WC qualifiers, Libertadores, and now Confederations.

I'm sure Lavolpe knows how exhausted he is, so he is either subbed out or in, in all games.

Reason also, why Medina didn't come in until the end, while clearly he's one of the best attackers Mexico has.... :(

Yep, Moncho was dead tired when he came out, you could tell. He was the best player we had out there today, a constant threat down the left.
