Oh yeah I forgot Sucks but on the other hand he can't sustain an injury ;)
Well then I hope Saha stays in one piece and Carrick too.

i am really looking forward to seeing ronaldo and dave jones this season. this is probably dave jones' breakthrough season, where he will be given more game time. as for ronaldo, this year he looks hungry to score goals and do better than ever and to prove a point to the boo-boys. he has already said he wants to single-handingly take manutd to success in champs league this season. i hope he does. the only problem with carrick in the dm role is that he doesn't get stuck into tackles and he pulls out of 50-50s, if he can work on that then he will be a good dm for us. i hope his pin-point passes can unlock the best defences in europe.

Ole got two goals last night (Norway won 4-1 )
he is really showing good form and getting his finishing quality back!
he also was rated as the best player along side Erik Hagen with 8 points.

Man Utd rejected Mascherano offer

Mascherano played for Argentina in the 2006 World Cup
Manchester United turned down the opportunity to sign Argentine midfielder Javier Mascherano on two occasions during the summer.
On Thursday Mascherano, 22, along with striker Carlos Tevez, 22, signed for West Ham from Corinthians of Brazil on permanent deals for undisclosed fees.

"We were never interested in Tevez," United chief executive David Gill told BBC Five Live's Sportsweek programme.

"We were also offered Mascherano but we didn't want to go for him."

Gill added: "We were offered Mascherano for a significant sum at the start of the summer and also last week on a loan deal.

"We had watched him last season but the manager and his staff didn't want to pursue him.

"While he is clearly a very good player it was decided he wasn't required at the club."

WTF? Not required?
then who do we require? Titus Bramble?

You've got no idea how much the MSI offered them to United - so don't don't jump to conclusions. They owned by the MSI anyway, they decided when and where they go.

Gill is spouting his ****e again. A deal was in place earlier in the summer for 18 million between united, macsherano and corinthians, it was even on the corinthians website for a few minutes ffs. MSI decided the terms weren't what they wanted, so moved in making it more complicated, wanting huge sell on clauses etc, so United pulled out.

The loan deal, if we were offered them on loan, i doubt we were the only club, and therefore not the only club to reject them. Gills lieing again :nape:
