Beira-Mar signed a pre agreement with Paul Murray who is an ex Oldham Atheltic, and it looks like its not going to be the last signing. We also reached an agreement with an English agency known as the Stellar Group for marketing the club and players.

Beira-Mar also reach agreements with Beto (Paços de Ferreira), Tininho (União Micaelense) and Ricardo (Freamunde). And from what I hear it's a British who's coming to coach our team.

I understood what you were trying to say in the first place. But lets drop the naive attitude. Players take drugs but are constantly monitored by their medical staff, so that all traces of illegal substances are just under the red line.
What happened to Rui was the same story that is going on for years, all over the world, and in most sports: athletes sometimes have to take some medicines and the levels of illegal substances go above the expected.

So yeah, Sporting's medical staff are incompetent.
