So? The only important playe missing is Ocio (who has played the last 3 matches instead of Alfaro). Redondo hasnt been in the starting lineup since last season, Dario Silva hasn't started for Sevilla in the last couple of months and Makukula hasnt even played with Sevilla because of his injury.

So get your facts clear before you make a useless post.

What do you guys think / hope we'll do in January transfer-wise ? Be Realistic.


I have a bad feeling. I think that we will sell Morientes and buy Robinho and that is all.

I hope that we will get Mascherano or Pedretti, but as bad as we need a sentre-mid, I don't think that Florentino will by one.

Buying Mascherano or Pedretti would be good for Madrid. They really need to improve the midfield.

i REALLY hope Pedretti comes to Madrid....he probably has the best chance of coming to Madrid......alonso & Gerrard are still up in the air and if they come it will be after the season NOT the January window....other than that, these will be all the moves they'll be making. Masche, i think is too low on Florentino's list 'cause he hasnt really made a name for himself like Gerrard, Alonso, Pedretti, Robinho...what i mean is, he isnt as well known as the other guys....selling shirts has unfortunately become one of our goals with the "galactico policy"

My hopes when it comes to tranfers:
January window (2005)--->Pedretti & Robinho in....Pedretti being the big surprise
--->Moro to Liverpool...giving us 1st option on Gerrard
Summer window (2005)--->Gerrard in...Madrid will unload alot of g's in order to sign this guy (60 Mill.) ...is that too much?...i would say NO, he's worth every penny of it!
--->Masche????....hope this happens, he's only 20 and already a key to Argentina's mid (unsung hero)

I Tell you i would love to Mascherano in a Real jersey but i don't think it will happen. Mascherano would bring something to Madrid that it is lacking a young talented midfielder, i mean Zidane is a shell of his old self play a good game here and thers and don't even get me statrted on becks. Mascherano would bring that to the team

I think that Mourad Meghni is Florentino's top target midfielder for january.

i hope for him or Masche.

and btw, i think some people got things the wrong way. Arrigo Sacchi isnt Madrid's new Manager. it's there new Sports Director. He wil have a big part in new signings etc.

and im almost 100% sure now that Robinho will be a Merengue in July 2005.
