yeah, i want the old Raul back but he has been playing awful since the beginning of 2003-04 season. i still don't know wtf happened to him. he isn't old, the Madrid media loves him, the fans love him, he is R. Madrid & Spain NT captain... what's wrong with him?

the same thing happened with Del Bosque & Hierro . Fernando was too old and slow, and Pavon was doing better than him, but Del Bosque almost never took out Hierro... and we all saw the consecuences: Juve eliminated Madrid in CL semis, with an awful performance of Hierro.

whats the source on that? I love davids and madrid, so the combination would be very nice

also, raul has been benched for two games this season, its not like he plays every minute.

Adriano is a pipe dream, this time last year, perez wanted ruud and henry

Gerrard and Robinho on the other hand seem much more likely

that would be a good signing even though davids has not been GREAT but he is better than the mid we have now

well, about Raúl. i personally would hurt if he left Madrid. to me he is an icon. he has always been my favorite player and i know hes not so good anymore, but he still scores now and then and i think his presence on the field is important to the other players in the team. there's so many other players right now thats better then Raúl but too me he will always be the best.

Davids to Real Madrid? I haven't heard anything about this. If it happens, then it will be a shame since Davids hasn't really gotten a chance to do well with us since Cambiasso has simply exploded onto the scene.

But if it does happen then I'm alright with it, maybe then we'll focus on getting Mascherano ourselves

Haven't been able to post much the last couple days.

I have been reading the last 3 pages and some of the rumors are hard to believe.

The one as has today is the craziest. Samuel, Woodgate, Owen for Eto'o. (Fool's day Joke )


Anyways, I think that the president needs to keep his priorities straight and spend well.

I think it is great that we will probably get Robinho. Though he is an attacking player, he will bring something that our squad is missing, youth.

He should be the only attacker we should get though. As good as Adriano is, I don't know what we would do with him at Madrid. We would have to sell Ronnie, Raul, or Owen. I don't see any of that happening.

With all of that said, Real Madrid must do anything in their power to try to get Steven Gerrard. As the weeks go by, he impresses me more. He would be the best person to get.

To get Gerrard, if ever, we would have to wait for the summer. If we plan on winning anything other than the Copa del Rey, we need to get a midfielder to stablize our team; Javier Mascherano is the ideal player to get. I don't know our chances of getting him but if we sell Morientes, which seems very likely, we shoould use all of the money for Mascherano. Robinho is not needed now, but Mascherano is. We can get Robinho in the summer along with Steven Gerrard. I hope

Wishful thinking, I know.

as I sad before real madrid was interesting in getting ambrosini and davids(both), milan didn't agreen with the price but inter did, now davids has to dicide
