nah, they wouldve increased it anyway. first Real offered 18 million pounds i think, Arsenal said then 23 million pounds, then Real offered 23 million pounds, and Arsenal asked more again. its all bull****, its obvius Vieira is unsettled, but he isnt totally prepared for a transfer, and Arsenal just want to get money, so Wenger will buy 13-year olds from Africa.

Patrick Vieira's agent is believed to have spent most of Wednesday in talks with Real Madrid as the saga over his possible transfer nears an end.

But Steve Kutner refused to confirm any details despite reports in two Spanish papers that a fee of £22.1m had been agreed between the two clubs.

"I cannot say anything more - I am in all-day meetings and do not know when they will finish," said Kutner.

Arsene Wenger has asked Vieira to resolve his future before the weekend.

didnt Guti play?.. I think Solari makes more sense.. besides it seems Madrid has been trying to put him on a deal for a transfer every summer..
