Second Round (the "first" round was already played)
All the Second Division teams (20 teams, Castilla and Malaga B can't play the tournament) go to a draw, and will play a single match on August 31st.
The 10 winners will go through another draw, along the 18 winners of the first round (Alcalá, Rayo Vallecano, Las Palmas, Tenisca, Burgos, Oviedo, Portugalete, Lemona, Villajoyosa, Alcoyano, Logroñés, Alicante, L'Hospitalet, Almansa, Mérida, Ceuta, Baza and Aguilas); Córdoba, Terrassa, Salamanca and Pontevedra (relegated to 2nd Division
; Real Union and Zamora. Rules of the draw: teams of Second Division can't play each other, and the lower division team of each match-up will host the game.
The winners (17) go through the third round.
Third Round
The 17 winners of the second round, plus Athletic Club, Málaga, Atlético de Madrid, Zaragoza, Getafe, Real Sociedad, Real Racing, Mallorca, Cádiz, Celta and Deportivo Alavés, will go to another draw, and will play a single match on October 20th. Rules: teams of Primera can't play each other, and the lower division team of each match-up will host the game.
Fourth Round
Winners of 3rd round go to ANOTHER (!!!) draw. Rules: the lower division team of each match-up will host the game (single match on October 26th).
1/16 Round
Winners of 4th round, plus Barcelona, Real Madrid, Betis, Villarreal, Espanyol, Sevilla, Valencia, Deportivo de la Coruña and Osasuna (teams playing UCL/UEFA Cup/Intertoto), go to another (!!!!) draw. 1st leg: January 4th. 2nd leg: January 11th. Rules: The 'new' 9 teams can't face each other and the "weaker" team will host the 1st leg match.

1st leg: January 18th
2nd leg: January 26th
Semifinals
1st leg: February 1st
2nd leg: February 8th
Final
Single match, on April 12th.
