It was ugly but we won. Capello said we would probably suffer the first six games before the team finds itself. Well, as long as we keep winning I'll be patient for the jogo bonito to come.

Well it's was not a great game but Real Madrid won the match.Reyes on the RW was great and a great goal from him.Nice to see Beckham can still run and his finish for the goal was class.

And what about Guti and Emerson? I think that was the key of the match over those two.

The last league we won, Guti played alongside Makelele all the season and it was one of his best and more regular ones. I think he can perfectly repeat that performance with Diarra.

It quite true that Guti and Diarra in the middle could work and they showed it today in the game.

Who knows, Guti is unpredictable and Emerson makes me feel comfortable defensively. If I was coach I would use Reyes and Robinho as my wingers and Cassano and Ruud up front every game. The Emerson or Guti question will depend on what I want. Defense or offence. It's still early to judge IMO. The only thing I know for sure is that Reyes needs to start every game. He is better than I could have ever imagined. Capello said we would suffer at first. Let's be glad we suffered only half a game and with 3 points.

After matchday six we may all have a different opinion of the team. I'm certain it will be positive.

Same thing with me. I didnt wanna watch anymore after that first half but things changed for the better. Camon Madrid!

Sevilla are in a dispute with the television companies. Basically they're trying to screw us out of our share of profits and instead of compromising, they're lowballing us even more. Until there's a deal, no Sevilla match will be broadcast.

1st half was horrible.
2 DMs against teams like Barca, Valencia, Depor and Sevilla i think is good. but when we play a team like Sociedad that plays with 10 defenders. the 2 DM formation makes the game way too slow. we should have started with Diarra-Guti. and for god sake, Capello. just START ROBINHO! he turned the game around.

MoM Reyes!



im happy with the 3 pts. i think we will get better.

Hey I've heard that Woody is playing brilliantly in Middlesbrough. He was chosen to the best eleven of week, at least once. Even more he is Boro captain! And they are interested in buying him.
If he could only prove that he can stay fit we should get him back IMO. Cannavaro isn't a long term solution.

The first half had one spectacular highlight when Reyes sent a throughball to Ruud which he almost chipped over the keeper. It could have been an amazing goal if it weren't for a great save.

Man was he impressive or what, so much passion for the club great to see.

Becks i didnt know he could dribble. well i think my nan could of scored that goal LoL.

To the Emerson diarra situation, i agree with someone a couple of pages back when, we are playing a team like barca and valencia etc etc we should play them both. just like Vicente del Bosque used to do with makelele and flavio, but when we are playing a *****t*y side we need to play guti with diarra (speacially at home).

Robinho I think that the team needs to pass him the ball more when they see him open, because if he doesnt have the ball he seems lost, then tha couseshim to get out of position trying to win possesion for himself.

Well that kind of what del bosque did when we beat them in the nou camp 2-0 about 4 years ago.
