goodness no! He's HORRIBLE.....
He's Brasil's own jeff agoos...him and roque junior....

I seriously doubt Figo would leave for any team unless it was a better higher paying team. And since that team doesnt exist....he's staying in Madrid....

I agree, that's one of the worst defenders I've seen in a brazilian squad, yet he still plays. I hope he plays against Paraguay in the 2006 WC qualifying round in march (H)

I didnt know he was that bad

I mostly know about him thourgh reports andthese forums and one game where he scored on 2 free-kicks.

Is he just a bad defender?:confused:

actually when he's in-form lucio is probably one of the most elegant defenders out there.... just look at WC2002, except for one mistake vs england he was superb the entire tournament

just seems like he makes bad mistakes at the wrong times... but like I said when he's in form he's fantastic.

Most of the time I've seen him he sucked. I used to laugh at the mistakes he made while playing for Vasco but somehow he got called for the brazilian NT and then he went to germany.

He always made mistakes for Vasco, and I don't know how he's doing in Leverkusen but he still makes horribles mistakes with the NT like the one in the Confederations Cup :funny:

Pfft, he's great. I'm watching him every week and he really is a leader on the field.

There's no other defender out there who can defend and attack so well as Lucio.

okay.. for all that dont know.. December 28th is Spain's Santos Inocentes day (which is the equivalent to aprils fools day in other parts of the world) so take some of the big stories with a grain of salt from that day... since they may just be a joke...

December is not a good moment to buy great players. No team playing in europe will release a key player with still half season to go.

Valdano changes his mind every week. Florentino said that there would be no signing.

If Real don't sign ,I doubt they'll win the Primera nor the CL.Their defense is just too weak.When they face a stronger team with a good def ,like Milan and Juve ,they'll lose.
