with all the great sides there are in Serie A these days, thats a pretty bad week.(:/)

Seeing Parisi for Messina is about the only thing i look forward to.

Samp-Reggina as the 'weekend headliner':S

they shouldve made this week of games midweek instead of putting Roma-Juve (the most anticipated game) on a wednesday. friggin Galliani:f***:

How much you wanna bet TLN won't show them b/c it's a week game?

I'm gonna go on a rampage if they do that. :f***:

Roma-Juve is a Thursday.

ive never really seen much La Liga in my lifetime (no coveage til this year), but in the games ive seen this season (all Real Madrid or Barca games) ive been very disappointed with this much praised league. The Valencia-Betis game on Saturday was the first good game ive seen this season.

As for EPL, Mourinhos arrival at Chelsea has made it foolish for ppl to call it the most exciting/open league in the world. And smaller sides laying down to Arsenal doesnt help either.

"Players have to give an impact on me. They mustn’t just try to please the crowd, it’s me who picks the squad." - Jose Mourinho

How can a team play attractive if thats the way theyre coach is.

I dont like La Liga to tell you the truth. The defenses suck, and the good games usually happen when Madrid and Barça are on the pitch.

About Mourinho, well, it must be good to support Chelsea. You dont get brilliant football, but you get wins. He just plays like Italy used to play in the past i think. Serie A is having the edge over EPL this season i must say.

Mutu Blasts At Mourinho

Adrian Mutu has accusses Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho of lying about him being injured to try and get him to miss Romania's World Cup qualifier against the Czech Republic.
"I am in an open conflict with Mourinho who forbade me to go to my national team and said I was injured," said the former Parma ace, who is out-of-favour at Stamford Bridge.

"It is not true - I have been in good condition for five days and he knew that.

"I don’t care about being fined. I want everyone to know that the national team is the most important thing for me," the 25-year-old told the Sun.

He continued: "I told Mourinho I was fit. He disagreed and showed me a piece of paper from the medical staff claiming I wasn’t. But I know I am fit.

"Mourinho has promised me that I would play in the first team for some games.

"Then I wasn’t even in the squad and I don’t understand why.

"Probably the only solution, even if I don’t want it, is to find another team."

He'll be back in Serie A in January (Y) (hopefully)

Cassano told to quit Roma
Thursday 7 October, 2004

Juventus’ Gianluca Zambrotta has told Antonio Cassano to leave Roma for the good of his career.

The 22-year-old continues to have problems in the Eternal City and speculation suggests that a summer move may occur.

"I think the best thing for Cassano would be to leave," said Zambrotta. "Roma don’t seem to be the ideal club for him."

Cassano has a reputation for losing his cool and his numerous tantrums have arguably affected his career.

He was frozen out of the Under-21 set-up in the past after falling out with boss Claudio Gentile.

He then had numerous verbal bust-ups with Fabio Capello even if the latter did get him to perform at the highest levels last term.

However, the new season has seen the old Cassano return. He clashed with boss Rudi Voller twice in the space of his 26-day employment.

The striker was then jeered by the Roma fans on Sunday when he was visibly unimpressed with Gigi Del Neri’s decision to substitute him in the 3-3 draw with Inter.

Cassano was back in training with the Giallorossi on Wednesday after recovering from a fever.

Reports suggest he held lengthy talks with Del Neri about that incident but also regarding a possible change of position.
