God I hate this pot system. Let's just make it a fair competition and make the draw completly random. This stupid pot system is just to prevent the big teams getting knocked out early, so basically we have the same teams going through every year. Stupid pots

I want to be able to have groups like
Liverpool
ManU
Juventus
Lyon

and
Thun
Rapid Wien
Lille
PSV (to make it easy for us )

random draws would be more fair but imagine 2 groups like these:

Chelsea

and

i think the knock-out stage should have the best teams. maybe UEFA could only allow 2 teams of the same country in the same group, with this i agree.

To be honest i find this pot system fair since is based on UEFA coefficient and that obsviouly prevents big teams to face each others in one single group and also smaller teams too...

Now i hope Porto can have a good draw tomorrow... god we were so close to be in the first pot.

System is fair imo since it gives best teams a chance to advance and that's what it should do. As for country protection, it's very risky...imagine two teams from the same country playing in matchday 6 with one having nothing to loose and the other desperately needing to win ... nobody will believe it's not "fixed", causing the competition and UEFA lack of reliability.
