Gooner, get both
You will be able to find second hand copies of Fifa 2000 at pc game stores in the second hand section and the game TIF is cheaper than other playstation games because its made by Sony.
Or else you could check your hotmail email address and take up the serious offer I made there

gooner dont get FIFA 2000 whatever you do! I got it when it first came out and Im totally disgusted by it FIFA 99 is much better my opinion, I still play it, im still playing my Scottish season, Rangers are up by 4 points over Celtic in 29th game of the season, with one old firm game to go. Everytime I try to play FIFA 2000 I get so disgusted that I turn it off by half time! You read all this stuff and you still consider it, think about it youm will enjoy totally bogus play where you kill all teams 8-0 on 4 minute setting?

We were talking real scheduals in 99, well there is no more real scheduals in 2000 this kills the game!

At least try it out first on a loan, you playing the psx or computer version?

ZZUB,
Thanks for your reply. But the problem with me is I live in Nairobi, Kenya so it really is hard to get any game at all here. To get Fifa 2000 I had to ask a freind who was going to Chile to buy it for me. What I got was the Spanish version with Spanish commentary and I don't even know Spanish.

My point is I can not hire This is Football couse in Kenya you can't hire games from anywhere. To get the game I would have to order it. So is it really worth the bother?

By the way has TIF come out on the PC?

Thanks again and MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Cool, hope you have a great Xmas and New Year in Kenya, Ive always wanted to get to Kenya, I will do one day I hope.
Tell me what the most important things are in a playstation soccer game for you and I will try and give you an idea if TIF is for you.
I have been playing games on the Playstation for 4 years now, my favourites were Road to the World cup and World Cup 98 if that helps with what sort of bias I have. TIF definately doesnt suck. Its one of those games that gets better and better each time you play it but at first it comes across as a little disappointing. When I first got Fifa 2000 I thought that on professional level at least its gameplay was better than Fifa 99 but after a short while I was bummed out by the stupid unrealistic scores. Since I have had TIF i simply havent bothered with FIFA 2000 again.
Let me know what things you like in a game and also keep an eye out on what others think in these forums with respect to TIF. It wont appeal to everyone but then again you may find people prefer it to Fifa.

Hey again!

Prashanth: Yes it is really hard to find a good game store where the prices are under like 100 dollars for each game. And when you do find a good games store they don't even have that many games so you hafto ask them to order it for you.

ZZUB: Thanks and a Very Merry Christmas to you to.
Hmm, what I like in a footy game. Well good graphics and excellent gameplay (harder footy games are the best). I would like to struggle to win in most matches if you see what I mean.

Lots of club teams to choose from.
But the most important thing would be excellent gameplay (better than Fifa2000 and the previous Fifa games). Nice options as well.

The game should last as long as Road to the Worldcup did (I played it for over one year).

Well I better leave now and by the way ZZUB you should come here it really is a nice country with alot to see.

Merry Christmas everybody!!
