it's actually not a bad list. i don't recognise some of the players, but they are expected to improve big time in 2006.

There's just far too many players, you can't possibly have them all in a list of 10. Of course they're going to have to leave a few players out. ;)

OMG, reading some of your comments people. Read the website, it said that these are the top 10 prospects in their opinion from young players playing in the World Cup! Is Rossi or Pique going to start in the WC? Fabregas? And how is rooney a top prospect? Rooney is a world class superstar, he was supposed to be on that list 2 years ago, now he is just too good for it.


Again, this is not a list for top 10 best young players in the world, this is a list for top 10 players tipped to make their name at the World Cup, that's why you see Messi, Vidic, Toure, Mavuba and others there. The only player i don't agree with is Adu, he won't do ****, don't even know if he will play.

I tell you that writer doesn't have much knowledge of football. Atleast not of Dutch football. Certainly if you choose Castelen who's more injured than playing over the last few months and if you look at players like Emanuelson, Maduro, Aissati etc.
